What is the best BL?

    I got ripped off by a PR7 with a no-follow or some widget like that - after 4 months the link doesn't show anywhere and the guy was not really encouraging with his 'it can take up to a year'...
    4 months at $120 each + setup fee could pay for a bunch of lesser rank BL. So here is my question:

    Is it better to spend money on BL from:
    • one relevant single page with a PR7 or over
    • several relevant pages/sites with PR4
    • one relevant site wide pages from PR5 down to PR0 (inside pages)
    • several non-relevant pages PR6, 7 +
    • several non-relevant site wide from PR4 down to PR0 (inside pages) - (forums, blogs, directories...)

    the best is always to make your links natural

    1) get links from large number of related and different sites
    2) Most of PRs are actually on low PR pages, and a few are on high PR pages.
    3) links naturally pint to many pages of your sites.
    4) build links over a course of week or months - don't get links too fast.

    Google devalue links if its algorithm detects a artificail partten of link distribution and pace of link building

    From the options you listed, I would pick this one:

    * several relevant pages/sites with PR4
