You'll get much higher quality of traffic if you take that banner and put it on google adwords. Most advertisers use contextual ads on adwords so it will be much cheaper with image ads(banners) due to a lack of competition. The only problem is getting a lot of traffic but it's not like you would get that from a banner exchange network.
This site is not for banner exchange, it's for pop-under which I'm sure my visitors will hate. I was looking for a free way, exchange banners not paid.
