Go to Digg.com. It's so easy to use, a baby can submit articles and they're likely the biggest article network in the world. I use them myself.
Just out of curiousity, why would you look elsewhere? I have found that the content section (I provide content services as well) there are lots of talented individuals seeking work for low prices. I can't imagine you finding the same quality elsewhere for any less.
