    Do more advertise about your sites with other forums. Or use Adwords. But don't buy traffics or traffics exchange.

    even if the OP is banned.. might share some idea, I use social media, it sometimes spikes, FREE and they are real traffic.

    if you are talking about organic traffic than you can use keywords first in title and start more posting. if possible to back linking from other relevant site then it is more helpful to get more traffic.
