What is the best and fastest way to get US traffic?

Hello,
How can i get real US visitors? i want to get 5k+++ daily ... today i got around 10k-15k real UV per day tier3(the site is up now for more then a year , but i feel that this is the time for the site to get bigger).

The SEO in google.com is pretty hard and almost impossible.

Do you have any suggestions for me?
