What is the best affiliate software?

    I am in the market for an affiliate software. I don't have a lot of money to get started. I have tried JAM, but my server does not support CRON jobs, so their software would not work.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Directtrack is the one MOST of the bigger Networks use.

    You asked for the best, and it has a hefty Pricetag, of like $1500.

    Or have one coded for you. :)

    Get a new server? It's very odd to find one with does not support cron jobs :eek:

    HasOffers is a new piece of server to manage affiliate offers - it is designed for network use, im not really sure what you are looking for but this may or may not be helpful

    It is very strange your server wouldn't have cron jobs. Any webhost using cpanel should have it.

    Hi chipmunk - long time no see! Not sure if you remember me from the good ole days...


    back to the topic. We use DirectTrack. Yes it is expensive but to have something like this built on your own would cost you the much more than they charge for it.

    Not just the cost but if you build your own, most affiliate marketers would not trust your technology because it's not proven. Remember, affiliates are putting time into promoting your products/services and one little mistake or error on your end can cost them a commission. I strongly suggest you start off with a good well known and reliable software before developing your own. Good luck on your quest.
