My personal favorite I've ever joined was Wealthy Affiliate. You can join for free and make money for free as soon as you join, no catch or anything. It's definitely got the best training I have EVER seen out of an affiliate program. The one that's going to give you your best bet at making money is ClickBank if you already know what you're doing though.

Bet365affiliates.com - this has been the best affiliate program for me, by far. They don't offer the best backend and they don't have no-negative carryover, but they convert and retain players like crazy and that makes the recurring commissions a lot higher. They also have great affiliate managers that are great to work with. Highly recommended if you are in the gambling niche.
