Actually, you really get the best answer from the CJ statistics which they provide. What you listed are the top in terms of average of all ads for each company. You may have to drill down to individual ads of each company and you may find top ads of a lower company may pay better than top ad of a higher company.
If you ask forummers here, you will get individual responses (and also not averaged for you) of a smaller sample so CJ is the best source to find your answer:)

I don't promote hosting because they all have very high reversal rates. Hard to stay profit.

I stopped using Hostgator and switched to Dotster in stead. Hostgator reversed a huge percentage of the hosting plans I sold, and to date Dotster hasn't reversed a single one. When I sent an email to the Dotster affiliate manager asking about their rules for reversals, here's what I got back:

    1. You will be paid the $50 commission the day after the package is purchased. If the customer cancels their hosting account and requests a refund, I will not reverse your commission. However, if I notice anything which appears fraudulent I will not hesitate to take the commission back and report the affiliate account to CJ.

For example, if an affiliate registers a hosting plan with us which they don't intend to use, simply so they can collect a commission, this would be fraudulent activity. Also, if I notice that an affiliate has earned commissions on hosting plans which are regularly canceled, I will have to assume that the activity is not legitimate.

But, if an affiliate is sending us customers who are regularly making legitimate purchases and once and a while there is a customer who cancels their hosting account, I will not hold this against the affiliate. We have many systems in place to determine which transactions are fraudulent and which are not, and I will not hold any legitimate transactions against you regardless of whether or not the customer decides they aren't happy with our products. Does that make sense?

I must tell you that I regularly encounter fraudulent activity surrounding the sale of hosting packages and take this kind of abuse very seriously. If it is determined that any affiliate account is responsible for any kind of fraudulent activity, I have no choice but have them banned from the CJ network all together.
