    General funda for PR is more vote high PR. I mean more backlinks high PR value and directory submission is providing backlinks so PR will high.

    most visitors to directory will be webmasters or blog owners .they wont click on your link.submitting their link is the only thing they do.what you think?

    Ya There are chances that you PR gets increased as you get back link and it is sure that you get extra traffic because most of traffic comes from search engines.
