I could not find any information on the minimum amount of content required on a web page in order to publish ads? Is there a minimum?

I have never seen it listed but i would have atleast 3 paragraphs on your site with a few hundred words. This way it is not just ads and made for adsense site.

    Nothing.

It can simply be a custom 404 Error Page with a "page not found message, please visit our main page".

    Peace,

You don't want bare minimum, its not going to attract visitors and keep peoples attention. You should have a large amount of quaility content.

There is no minimum content to publish ads but at least 20-50 words are needed for ads to be targeted (Google also targets the ads according to the description/keywords tags, image alt-s, page title, page url etc).

I had about three articles on my site when it was approved two years ago and they were written expressly for the purpose of being approved -- the site was slapped together in a hurry. However, mine may be a bit of a special case purely because it had a very good domain and very good rank already. (I made my first $100 in the first week, too.) I'm not sure if they would treat a new domain with less promise the same way.

I think if you have more than 30 -40 pages you would get approved automatically!

I think I had about 5 pages with a few paragraphs each when I was approved.

Actually, you cannot have adsense on a 404 page.

    Nothing at all
This one had adsense earlier with no change to 'content' whatsoever.

We have been over this issue numerous times and it has been confirmed by many users (including me) that it is allowed. Search this forum and you will see.

I actually was making good money from it, until my recent crash then I didn't bother to put it back again (I will soon).

    Peace,

I think ur going on the wrong way....
think like a advertiserm, not like a publisher, will u pay some1 to disply ur ads on a website that has barelly no contnt, just a few paragraphs?

an advertiser will allways want to advertis on a decent website, where users can read and enjoy he articles, not just banch of ads around.

do u stay or seach on websites that has only ads? or just a few lines o content?

if all the above the asnwer is NO, them u should create a decente website with a good content.
the best way is to write about ur hobbies, because it is something that u like and u will never ge board.

forrguet thouse high paying keywords, because the chaces are that u will get board, and no1 will click on ur ads.
