Too many factors involved to give an accurate estimate...but like anything else...it's only worth what someone is willing to pay...

I would say no less then $20 and no more then $100...on average...but again, too many factors involved to give an accurate estimate...

age has nothing to do with price. It can be 10 years old, and if the name is bad, it will still be worth reg fee

Depends. If it was a useless domain and the owner decided to let it drop then it is $0.

If it is a gem domain and the owner is not renewing it then it is Millions.

Age of a domain will not fetch you any price, unless it is older than two years.

It is different case when the domain is an existing site...some people may pay a higher price if they are in a hurry to get out of the "sandbox".

Even 2 year old domains does not give any value, A domains value only depends on what someone is willing to pay for it.,

    Only 1 year?
Around reg. fee if the domain name isn't outstanding.

All the people above replied correct
There is no average for this type of domain and it is far guess to say a price without knowing the name. The age only will not get you anything

It will really depend on the type of traffic its seeing and its current PR usually that determines the market price. Unless the domain name itself is a great name.

By looking at the answers i assume that there isn't an exact value for a PR1 domain. What really matters is the domain name (characters, type of domain etc). I'm planning to sell it in SEDO auction.

thanks a lot for replying :)
