What is the average sales conversion rate?

    Hi DP Members,

    Hope this is the right area to post this thread.

    Does anybody know what the average sales coverstion rate based upon UV traffic for a top ranked website is?

    I have heard that the average conversion rate for UV traffic is between 1-3%per hundred unique vistors. Is this true?

    I don't know what UV traffic is but average eCommerce conversion rates are around 2%. However it varies quite a bit based on the market.

    The conversion rates will vary highly based upon the niche of the sales.
