Why do I ask this? because in my country (Indonesia), average per click is only $ 0.06 - $ 0.08 just in the month of September, the decline of the per click august yesterday. No one outside of Google can tell you that as no one else would have the stats. So the claim you make for your country can't be substantiated unless you work for google, which you don't obviously....
