What is the average % of ppl going from your review page to the clickbank site?

I built a new website yesterday and i'm not happy with the percentage. Only 20%-25%

Good question. It depends on your website, quality of your content and many other factors. My avarage percent is 50%, however for some of my websites the percantage is 80%. Adding more "click here to learn more" buttons will increase the percantage.

My results are very similar to Devour. For most niches you should be able to get at least 50% CTR to the publisher. If you are getting less, here are a few tricks.

    1. Any picture on your landing page should be a link. This includes header.

    2. Include a link in every paragraph. For example: if you are doing a landing page for dog training, link the phrase dog training every time to your product.

    3. If you are using PPC, the more targeted your key words are the better your CTR will be.

    4. It may be the design or content of your landing page.

There are more things you can do but these will help. Feel free to pm me the address to the landing page and I will take a look at it and offer some pointers.

It's 40% on some of my sites.

I've also found out that if you make the review more compelling and say jack that percentage up to 60% (1.5x increase) conversions would increase only about 1.3x and after you factor in increased refunds bottom line increase would be something like 1.2x which is still good.

However don't expect that your income will grow at the same rate as your review page CTR.

I would say 40-50% for my main site. It used to be 75%+, I dunno what happened to that...

My landing page isn't that hot, but I made it to around 60%. This is all traffic from articles btw. No bookmarking, my site isn't even indexed.

You may want to look at your traffic if your CTR is too low. Example in ppc is targetting buy corn instead of just corn. Someone coming may be expecting a freebie so you may have less targeted traffic than others.

Wow, lots of great information here. I really need to review my stats. Sometimes I get lazy when I'm making sales, so I don't always keep an eye on the stats.

i suppose that if you place "buy" in the ppc ad your
ctr will probably fall. and this will increase the cpc. :(
the question is if the profit from fewer most targeted visitors will be higher than the profit from more less targeted visitors

I have changed my lp a bit, adding more links, but i saw a small increase. From 22% - > 24% which can be just luck.
