What is the average monthly wage in the Philippines?

I'm looking to build a small team from the Philippines and would like to know the average monthly wage please.

 

Why not choose Malaysia or China? The wage quite low..

 

The cost of living in the Philippines is quite low so you'll be able to find good people here. Although it would depend on what kind of business you are planning to start with? I'm guessing it would be IT related such as web dev or SEO?
