    analytics tool provide you info on site traffic and other related info.
    webmaster tool shows you how your site is performing on google. there are lots of stats under webmaster tool like your backlinks, crawl error, sitemap, just to name a few.
    if you have a google account, you can sign up for both tools and explore them for yourself.

    Google Analytic give us website's reports, for example:- Traffic report etc.
    webmaster tool give us website's health reports.
    we can add website's sitemap, our new content etc in webmaster tool.
    Both Google analytic and webmaster tool are more important for website's it give us good details about search engine and website's reports.
