What is the Alertpay total dispute process?

    I just open a dispute from my alertpay account.
    I receive a mail:
    Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department. My name is Rafael and I am happy to assist you.

    We are in the process of resolving your transaction dispute. However, to reach a prompt resolution, you must respond to the Contact Request email that we sent to both you and the seller. Please take some time to read the instructions and respond accordingly.

    If you do not respond to the Contact Request within 10 days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the seller, and we will close this dispute.

    Please do not respond to this email.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    ** Important note for the member who filed this dispute: If the merchant fails to respond to this ticket within five business days, it is your responsibility to reply to this ticket to let us know whether or not you have resolved your dispute. If you do not respond within 10 business days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the merchant, and we will close this dispute.

    Can I need to contact Alertpay or they will return my money automatically?

    I already refund my payment. So,now I know the process. What the next?
    Alertpay just ask the seller about dispute & my seller is answer on my favor. So,Alertpay refund my total amount without asking any question. But,if seller provide the proof, then alertpay ask me feather information.So,I think,AP is a safe for both party.Not like 3rd class paypal. Thanks Alertpay!

    u still dont know whats their procedure because its a guess from yourside so its best to look other type of disputes and conclude :D
