Mine is a 2002, has a 120,000 miles on it and runs like a champ. (Best of all, NO Car payment) I love to get the best deals on my cars. 1) Automobiles depreciate way too quickly 2) I am not into fancy cars. I think it is a waste of money to spend too much on cars- LOL- I am always looking for a deal
Too old, about 13 years and 150,000 miles. You know its time to dump a car when every time you go to the mechanic the repair bill costs more than the car is worth... true story. Another sign its time to get rid of it is when you go to repair 1 part and 2 others break while you're repair the first on. It actually happened to me this morning. I went to replace a PCV valve and the rubber port feeding into the TBI broke in half. Then another rubber tube, still have no idea what it is, disintigrated in my hands. Yup, I'm going car shopping this weekend.
Lol I win the title for the oldest . I still have my 1st car 1987 Civic sedan that now sits pretty whit about 7 grand in mods drooped in it (K24 swap a whole truckload of fiberglass and quite a lot of CF , coils etc. etc. ) . My main pride and joy is my 2004 RX8 that only has a body kit , brakes and rims done . And my GF's 1996 BMW 3 that has more reinforcement then a tank (i really went bonkers whit kevlar & inconel on that one).
Mine is 2 years old, but only 20,000 miles so far. rare to use because I use the motorcycle all the time
