It includes the below points. - checking that website is optimize as per new penguin algorithm rules or not. - Website url checking (canonical issue). - Website is website is SEO friendly or not and it is as per the new Penguin Rules for SEO. - Checking that metatags are created as per White hat SEO rules and using the keywords of that particular page. - Checking that google analytics code, webmaster code are available or not. - Checking the content of all pages that is content for all pages having high quality or not. - Is their image alter tags, heading tags are used very well or not. - Google indexing the page of website of not. If not then find the reason for that. - Website has how many backlinks and the alexa ranking of website. etc
