    Use a 302 redirect, that's actually a "temporary" redirect whereas 301 redirect is a permanent redirect which passes between 90-99% of link juice to the redirected page. Best practice to use 301 redirect when you move to a new location.

    301 and 302 are redirect status codes. 301 denotes that your content has been moved permanently while 302 means 'moved temporarily'.

    We use 301 redirection when we move a page permanently to a new location. If the page movie is only temporary we use 302 redirection. In 301 redirection, all the qualities like page rank, page authority, traffic value, moz rank etc.. of old page will be passed on to the new page. While in 302, it doesn't happen.

    301 is permanent redirection method and 302 is temporary redirection method. 301 permanent redirection method is more beneficial for your website.

    301 redirect means that the page has permanently moved to a new location.
    302 redirect means that the move is only temporary.

    Pages are redirect from old page url to new page url permanently then it is called 301 redirection.

    Pages are redirect from old page url to new page url temporary then it is called 302 redirection.
