Wow, that's what I aspire to, can't seem to get more than 6 people at the moment and it doesn't seem to move. I've currently got 1.2k stumbles, did you hits ramp up the more websites you stumbled?

I've used YouTube since they began.
I optimise for the title and description tags.
You have to produce videos that engage the viewer - training videos do really well.
People love to learn.
Some of my videos have over 150,000 natural views and bring great traffic back to my website.
Ensure that you do some keyword research and pick a well searched keyword to use in the video title.
Also add the keyword to the video filename before uploading it.
Add your link once into the description area.
Let the video age and it will rank in time really well.

I don't think there's one universally best way to drive traffic. In some instances you'll get more traffic from social media sites, in others you'll have better luck with posting on forums. I believe it varies from case to case.

 

Set yourself out as a leader with knownledge and commitment whe you offer a product to a potiential customer!! Too many times people want to sell something without knowing what it is they are really selling therefore you continue to get writers block! They look for traffic when traffic should be looking for them. Which would you rather buy from a mechanic? 1) A Computer 2) A House 3) A Car ?? Your eyes automatically chose the car.. but why? because its closely related to the sellers background? If you are a leader then promote what you know about! The person who his most certain is going to dominate! DO NOT BE the person who simply SELLS the coffee table but also tells them, I'll also help you take it to your truck or deliver it! RIGHT? The best way to get traffic is to be consistant, helpful, and accountable!

 

Free method:

Paid Method:

Facebook ads and possible solo ads. Facebook allows you to target the people you want so specifically that you can get your website out in front of thousands of highly targeted people with very little cost.

Solo ads, also are very effective in growing your list very quickly. The trick is to find the right people who will put your ad in front of their buyer list, and also have a list of people that he knows are very interested in the subject matter.

There are just lots of different ways that may or may not work for you depending on what niche you are in.

Personally I get the majority of my traffic from social networking sites and very little from Google because it's hard to rank in my niche.
