    Yes, people are researching your campaigns.

    Would be nice if someone found a way to block these but I really don't think it's possible.

    yes i am sure!i havent any campaigns since midle of july because my hotel was full or almost full so i didnt need any advertisment.Maybe the guy doesnt know what he was doing and thought that he was going to see how i rank so well in SE?

    What you are seeing is called "Referer spam" -- These websites send requests to a large number of non-related website, knowing that X% of webmasters will click on their site's link in the access logs.
