I just want to know what is spamming?

Spamming is utilizing any search engine ranking technique which causes a false quality in the results produced by search engines. Common spamming tricks are:

1) Excessive repetition of a keyword on a web page
2)Optimizing a page for a keyword which has nothing to do with the contents of the site
3) Using invisible or tiny text in order to stuff more keywords in
4) Creating false doorway pages that hide more keywords

 

Doing things on different mediums for profit and no other reason.

 

It is better to avoid spamming or make it smart!)

Spamming is the act of posting a message to many people at once. Usually there is some sort of profit motive behind the message.

 

A lot of spamming is to gather back links to a spammers site to increase ranking in search engines.

 

There are many types of spamming, such as keyword stuffing, email spamming, even forum spamming. You should check out the guidelines here to get an idea of what is not allowed on the forum, if it's not allows then its a form of spamming, ofcourse this only applies if you are trying to make a profit. At least thats how i understand it.

There are several different meanings for "spam." I think anything that isn't relevant to a certain page, if they content isn't related, I would consider it spam. If I came to this discussion and I started talking about Pizza, trying to sell shoes, or anything else off the topic of answering what spam is, that is what I would call spam.

 

Flooding sites with long winded messages of the same thing. Do a google it may have better results.

I can't tell you how many times I see comments like these on blog posts.

 

well dear spamming is the thing that you are doing your against Google's terms and conditions like excessive keywords or description or title in Metas or doing illegal work like black hat seo and many more things are countable in spamming.
so avoid spamming and do your work according Google Panda updates.
