What is Smart Pricing?

    Saw some text abt smart pricing on another topic on DP.
    Am not sure what DP is , but read on YPN's blog that they have implemented smartpricing some time before.
    Can anyone explain what smartpricing is , and whether google has implemented it, and whether adsense publishers will be hit by that.

    Smart pricing is when the value of clicks from your account goes down to take acocunt of the lack of conversions generated from the clicks from your account.
