what is the benefit of Small Business .

 

None , you only have less money then you bigger neighbor that lives next door .

 

Small business, small business process. Yes like the name implies, it means you doing business on a small scale with little capital,little out put and earning little revenue. But main advantage is that you are financially independent and have job security to some extent.
Also, the sky is just beginning for you, if you can grow that small business to become a big company where you will be making billions of Dollars annually like Bill Gate was doing with Microsoft, Steve Jobs did with Apple etc

 

Business Process Mapping refers to activities involved in defining exactly what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a process should be completed and how the success of a business process can be determined. Once this is done, there can be no uncertainty as to the requirements of every internal business process.
I'm interested in ideas and suggestions on effective techniques for mapping business processes in small service businesses in growth mode where the BPM can become both something to improve upon as well as a training tool for replicating the business.
