What is sitemap and rss of my blog on blogger?

    I have a blog on blogger with this name: example

    what is my rss and sitemap?

    I have these urls in my blog, what is these:

    http://example.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
    http://example.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default
    http://example.blogspot.com/rss.xml

    rss.xml and feeds/posts/default are same together. no different is between them.

    and please tell me what is my sitemap address? i want to add it to my webmaster account in google.

    Thank you but those urls are same together! why one of them is sitemap and another is rss and etc ... ?
