    I do not understand your question?

    We have a forum where members with 10 or more post & who have been members for a 7 days or more can post a link to their site and ask for other members to comment on what viewers of site see as strengths and weeknesses.

    Site review where other members can comment with your site. Smyrl is right is you have 10 or more post and you can post a link in your signature and you can also post your site to review other members.

    Site review, people ask other people to review their site using these criteria

    - Design
    - Content
    - SE Crawlability (check the scripts, the Black hat SEO, White hat SEO, etc.)
    - Broken links
    - Page load time
