    SEO is a tecniqueof optimizing your website "SEARCH ENGINE FREINDLY" so that you can get organic traffic through search engines.You can optimize your site for multiple keyword but it needs smart view.Because keeping many keyword in your title bar can cause confusion. Now how to keep smart titles suppose you are optimizing your website for keyword "make money online".SO here you can keep your webiste name as "How to make money online". HERE google will read make money online ,how to make money, money online and your basic title how to make money online.

    ANOTHER EXAMPLE

    suppose keyword is loose weight.

    Here you can keep "Ways to loose weight fast"

    here three keyword are mixing

    Ways to loose weight

    Loose weight

    Loose weight fast.

    Never over optimize sites for 4 only 2-3 keywords per page. Work hard on to get good ranking.

    I never said that you optimize your website for 4 and more keyword but i said you put any one title covers multiple title names.
