There are nothing new in there. It's their version 2 of report. Not SEO version 2. There is Web 2. There is NO SEO 2.
I'm not really a fan of the "versioning" of SEO because the methodologies and technologies are constantly evolving. I suppose there are distinct moments than you can probably locate on a timeline, like PR updates or algo updates, but saying 1.0 vs 2.0 seems like industry buzzword stuff to me. If anything, this page says something about "SEO 2.0" being: meaning that web design/development/marketing can no longer take any level of SEO for granted. It now has to be part of any web workflow and is being recognized as a profitable medium by even the oldest dinosaurs of the marketing arena.
there is nothing like SEO version 2, coz SEO in not any standard or some thing like that. it is all about your study and knowledge of Search engine optimization. this might be their SEO report version 2 with additional information of advance SEO techniques.
SEO Version 2 New words for people who could not do SEO Version 1 If they had been smart they would have went for SEO 2.0 IF
What are you asking for? There is no such thing as "SEO v2.0". As SolomonZhang mentioned, the pages you linked to are discussing SEOmoz's 2nd version of their ranking factors, not "SEO 2.0".
