    There is no actual and definite meaning for SEO scores. Every of such score providers have their own sets of rules and also weightage. It is best to use them only as a very rough guideline.

    WisdomTool is correct. There are many seo rating tools out there created by seo agency and communities, however the most popular and reconsigned would be seomoz's mozrank.

    Nothing is like SEO score, but some tolls are give a rank as the base of your quality content, internal linking, H1-H6 etc, on that base they are providing a rank on your site as well as your page,

    SEO score means the reputation of website after SEO. It includes Page Rank of website, Back links and keyword Ranking in all search engine's.
