Your first website is at rank 1 so it is working perfectly. and your Second website is having on page seo problem the landing time of page it too much because of that the bounce rate of your page is high for that there are tools like moz and seo profiler which will help you to make analysis of your website. landing time of page is the times taken by page to upload on visitors system. If your graphics are of high quality or pixels it may take more bandwidth or may take more time be visible on visitors side. try to make your page more user friendly, more reliable, friendly to all browser. you can find detailed description on Google or blogs
