what is sandbox, can it make my website pagerank drop or just affect the keyword....that can't be indexed any more.. thanks
Sandboxing is when Google gives your site a site age bonus. Now the length of time you are 'sandboxed, is determined nowadays on how well you launch your sites as far as pleasing Google in the early days of your site. Such as linking and content. 1. Linking -Slow and steady wins the race. 2. Content- Offer a service give the users something they find useful. Pride in your website is key Thank you Follow me on Twitter -Anthonymseo
The Sandbox ( or the Google penalty) is a name given to an observation about the way Google ranks web pages in its index.
If your site is placed in 'sandbox' means it will not improve in ranking during the period it is in sandbox. New sites that have sprung up yesterday and day before are usually placed in sandbox if google has reason to believe they need to be sandboxed.
Seems like it's a penalty imposed by Google because they believe your domain is not relevant, so does it typically come out of the sand box? or does it typically stay there forever?
The Google Sandbox is very similar to a new website being placed on probation, and kept lower than expected in searches, prior to being given full value for its incoming links and content. But now it is more difficult for an seo to bring new site on top.
when you do no. submissions to your site in min period. It will look like as spam. Then Google will De-index your site. This will called Google sandbox.
A site is sandboxes when it is new and does not rank for keyword phrases that are not incredibly competitive in Google after making the page "search engine friendly" and after being indexed.
I believe the Google sandbox would be more appropriately named the "litter box", because that's how you get treated when it happens. When you get "sandboxed", Google treats your website like a smelly little cat turd and covers it up with cat litter so that nobody sees it, smells it, or even knows it's there when they walk by -- or, more to the point, when they get a Google SERP. Basically, when a brand-new website comes out of nowhere and gets a catshit-load of backlinks in no time at all, Google's algorithm apparently flags it as being suspicious. After all, how could a brand-new website suddenly end up with a bunch of links to it overnight if something wasn't up with it? When that happens, they assume the site must be a smelly little pile of poop and they cover it up with cat litter. As time goes on, the stench will hopefully subside and Google's algorithm will scoop you back out of the litter box.

You can call it a jail made by Google, a sandbox is a place which Google uses for illegal works done by people while working on wesites.
