if you website has rss feeds you can add them to RSS directories http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55/

An RSS feed is kinda like a newsletter that instead of you needing everyones email address so you can send it to them, they all just need the address to your RSS feed so they can subscribe to it and get the updates when they want them.
