    RSS feed submission is specifically for blogs, wherein you generate RSS feed of blog and submit the same in to different RSS feed submission websites it is very indispensable because RSS feed update automatically regular to getting a real visits.

    Personally I think very few people use RSS readers, very few people will sign up for such a service... and overall it didn't pay off, but I don't want to talk you down...

    Of course, for rather "professional" niches, like for instance the SEO/IM community, it might be more worth it...
