What is right and wrong about this ad placement strategy ?

Please review my site (digmlm.com) for the adsense ad placement and let me know that If I will use the
same strategy with my real ad codes (instead of those images) will work well or not and
lead towards the adsense account termination.

Make your adsense luring by adding some colors which human like.

 

But different humans like different colours. How do you know which ones to choose?
