    Resizing an image means reducing the size of the file for print and web use without reducing the number of pixels in the image.
    Resizing can be easily accomplished and there are many tools to assist you. It can be done manually for just a couple of pictures or automatically if you have dozens or hundreds of pics.

    For this kind of operations like batch resizing I use BatchPhoto.
