online reputation management is the process where anyone on the web can do...its like protecting or exposing one identity, one site, or any of it on the web...(Its the way I understand it though ...)

I don't think there is anyway to remove negative feedback from google as everyone id free to express their opinion..
What you can do is get more backlinks improve your site's SEO and comes in better ranking than the negative feedback..User read you first than the other one

 

If you want to remove negative review from google then Do PR submission in Good PR sites and buy some paid PR as famous sites like pr.com and other,
Do bookmarking on most famous forums and buy some high PR links so that they could come in top in google search and that negative post be at later pages, vote negative as well to make them delete you can vote from Different IP to delete that post, for this use a good IP Changer

 

there is no way to remove them but there is a workaround. find out how many negetive posts you want to remove. say there are 3 sites that talks negetively about your product/service that you want to remove. what you do then is setup some powerfull web 2.0 pages and promote them so the web 2.0 pages outrank those negetive pages and push them to the next page ranking. so when people search, they will find your created web 2.0 pages promoting your product rather than those pages they used to see before

 

Also if the post is a dynamic post where you can have your own feedback then maybe you can answer it there so that you can counter the claim and sow your client that your site is still good.

Ha have you read the reviews on Reputation.com???? Google Reputation.com reviews etc.. if this company is so big than why can't they protect their own identity from a post that is over a year old? I may be a little bit biased but profiledfenders.com seems to be the much better option when it comes to reputation management.
