    I see that Google is updating a lot of algorithms in their search quality as Panda, Penguin and EMD Updates and you lost your keywords ranking in July Months...I think your website hit by Panda 3.9. Check your website On Page Optimization workout and web content quality and modify it according to Google Quality Guidelines.
