What is "quality links"?

    I read a lot of articles that to build "quality links". But what is "quality links"? Anyone can help me and answer this question.

    quality links are the baclinks from websites that are on the same niche with your website.clean and respected websites with no more then 30 outgoing links,not linking to porn or any illeagal websites.avoid link farm websites

    also a good sign for a quailty link is a high page rank.

    Quality link means One way link from Most Relevant, High PR, Unique IP and Older Domain if it is from edu, gov, org sites then it will be of more higher quality.

    Quality Links= one way+Most Relevant+High PR+Unique IP+older domain

    quality links are the links with good page rank and should be relevant to your site
    have to see whether text of that link contains your keywords
    check whether other links on same page contain your keywords and also see if title of that page has your keywords..
