Its mean to submit your site into proxy lists sites , Just like there are website directories in diffrent catergories , so there are few proxy sites where only proxy sites submit , Means you will have to add buttons if those proxy sites to your proxy page which will count your site traffic and will show your site in top100 top 10 according to your site value of traffic..
