Every now and then i make a thread requesting a link exchange for a specific niche and i always get 100's of PM's with loads of other crap that i didnt request.

Now the latest thread i created i very clearly made a point of saying I DONT WANT ANY OTHER OFFERS APART FROM THIS SPECIFIC NICHE

I have today received 5 so far that are totally no related to anything ive posted.

I see this as spam but it seems very trivial to report someone for it , what should be the correct way to deal with it, PMing them to say no thanks now stop bugging me isnt feasible since there are soooo many PM's that come in.

Not looking for a debate whats right and wrong , just a simple explanation of what i should do in Digital Points eyes since the rules are pretty strict around here anyway

    Cheers

Report it if it's really spam (as in not similar enough that a reasonable person could think it's in line with what you're soliciting). It's then up to moderators to determine if it's actually spam in our eyes, and whether or not it deserves a spamming infraction, ban, etc. The only other option is to ignore it or ask them to stop unfortunately.
