What is pixel submission in SEO?

Well, i think it is something related a sort of milliondollarhomepage where you can buy your pixels for submitting your ads or url's. I think its a costly method to seo...

 

I've never head of it either...

 

It reminds me of that guy who did the "million dollar webpage". Who sold off 1 million pixels at $1 each. I personally don't like this method as much, since you gain a pixel, but I prefer to have my anchor text rather than just the alt tag from the image
