    I believe you are referring to submitting PDF documents to document Sharing Websites like scribd.
    If done right this could be a great source of traffic to your Websites

    PDF Uploading is a technique in Off Page Optimization. You can upload PDF files to PDF sharing sites such as Scribd, 4share etc.

    Numerous new websites are published that allows submitting informative pdf documents. You may search on google by putting the query on double quotes:

    "pdf submission websites 2013"
