what is paypal's fax number?

what is paypal's fax number for limited accounts?
they are asking some valid identification and proof of billing.
I am trying to send a fax with this number 1-402-537-5760
but it's not working.

I might send the files documents if they will not resolve my account 2 days from now (I just uploaded the files they needed. the status now is "In Progress"..

 

When you dial the fax number, did you add your IDD Calling Code before the number ?

 

yes we did. but it's not working.
i browse the net about paypal's fax number too and someone from ebay said it's not working on her end aswell.
i wonder if it's just our telephone company itself or it's on paypal's end. hmm
