When i tried to send money thru my paypal's unverified acc i noticed there's a sending limit of $100. Is there any limit for accepting payments too? Also at this page http://pages.ebay.in/paypal_bankaccount/ it is described that "a non-verified PayPal members can only withdraw US$500 per month" . Someone please explain me....

There are restrictions imposed upon unverified members in order to encourage them to become verified. Otherwise, people would see no benefit in becoming verified.

I believe you do not have any limits on the amount of money you can receive but you will have a limit on how much you can withdraw or spend through Paypal. The unverified status is supposed to be a temporary status while you wait for your credit card statement to come in so that you can complete the Expander Use Program and be verified.

Unverified status means that they do not know if you are for real and whether you are reliable or not and thus the limitation. This will limit their credit risk when they accept you as a customer. Once you verify, they know who you are and can trust you. One other advantage of verification is that the people who deals with you can trust you.
