    Who told you this? Please dont spread false rumors. I am an indian and am using paypal since long. In fact there are many indians in DP as well, who are using paypal. So, lakshmi go ahead with signing up an account in paypal.

    I am from India and am a registered Paypal publisher and it works fine. Dont worry lakhsmi. Paypal is one of the best service in the world for monetary transactions. I always use it as I feel safe with it as I can trust it. It is safe and secure.

    You can also withdraw to Indian bank account as mentioned in the post above or you can withdraw to your visa card although the first option is better.
