What is PayPal Send Only Account?

I registered in paypal some day before and verified myself as Emirati.

But when I tried to receive some money from other paypal account. The following result occurs:

My account is a Premium account. ( I just upgraded it from personal account to premium account. )


What is this?
Verified member also don't get the full rights?

 

Because of your country, you UNABLE receive and also withdraw money... even though your PayPal is the Premier/ Business level and get verified.

i think being verified only increase your spending limit. nothing you can do about it.

 

I also have the same problem. I hope paypal supports more countries soon.

 

Better remove ur credit card using which u verified and close that account my card was used by PayPal staff members and they dint refunded my $ and infact they limited my account better remove your credit card

 

What verification does is that it ensures that you are who you say you are and that it allows the people you are dealing with (typically the sellers) to trust you.

Because anyone can sign up for an unverified account but there is no way to determine who you are, you can be a scammer for all they know. Once you are verified using the proper means, you will be somewhat trusted.

i face same issue my account is business and verified with my master card any one know have i can to able received money too
