Hey Any one can tell me about the panda 2.2 update . Is it updated and running ? What will be the actual effect of this algo?
Panda 2.2 update is not came yet. Google will soon be releasing version 2.2 of the Panda algorithm update. Panda algorithm is running infrequently and also affect only for English language searches.
It is interesting to learn how many of those who got hit by one of the Panda’s have followed some corrective actions since, such as: Improving site structure, deleting low quality (thin) pages, improving performance (speed, BR etc), editing description meta tags, editing pages, focusing on user interaction, ringing the social networks or reducing # of ads per page. Are you ready for the upcoming Panda tweak or Panda re-tweak? It is also interesting to know if those who were affect by the Panda’s are still continuing to add content to their website or spooked since.
The biggest thing to change is syntax / grammatical errors. If your content is littered with them, such as the errors you always get with 'collaborative' spinners in 'auto' mode, you ain't getting indexed anymore. Why? Content full of such errors is either really badly written, or really badly spun. Either way, no one wants to try and read it, so Google doesn't need to rank it. Edit - why is this such an easy 'catch' for Google? Because they can detect the errors in situ, i.e. without referencing other pages, which means it is computationally VERY cheap.
My sites have really been jumping around over the last couple months. So much so that I am having a hard time figuring out what good looks like to Google now.
