Page Rank sculpting doesn't work anymore. Google gives "link juice" to the destination page connected to each link on a page. So if you had ten links on a page the page would have say 10 PR points (Google doesn't use a point scheme as I have described, I am using it to demonstrate the point - no pun intended) to transfer to the destination pages. Certain people would use the attribute "nofollow" on most of the links so that the 10 points would be given to one destination page. Now the ten points are transferred equally over the 10 links. Those links that feature the "nofollow" attribute won't pass on the 1 point to the destination page it is just absorbed. Hope that helps. If I am wrong can someone correct me.
