I think with all these things, think what could be natural and what really couldn't be and don't get too paranoid. If all of your links say the same thing then, if you ask me, there is a small possiblity that Google might see this as a red flag. But it is possible that this could be natural. If your pages are keyword 'stuffed' well again, this could be a red flag from Google - but then again we would expect pages on a certain topic to have that keyword therre many times. All in all, I think that Google probably can't do much here at least without human intervention as those things could all be natural. Imagine, for example, that your office explodes (freak accident). You would get lots of links really quickly that said 'office explosion'.. is this 'unnatural', of course not!So what could Google see? They could broadly see where your links are coming from. Lots of spam article websites for example, a million zero value websites without any links going to them etc. Or link farm websites that have fifteen thousand out links from each page.From what I have seen, its only sites (or to be exact agencies) that really engage in really really stupid link building that have been burnt recently.
